The HAST PCT Unsaturated High-Pressure Accelerated Environmental Aging Chamber is a high-performance system designed to test the sealing properties and durability of various electronic components and materials. This chamber is essential for testing the resistance to pressure and airtightness of multilayer circuit boards, IC sealing packages, LCD screens, LEDs, semiconductors, magnetic materials, NdFeB magnets, rare earths, and magnetic iron. By subjecting these materials to high-pressure, unsaturated steam environments, it accelerates the aging process, helping evaluate long-term reliability in a shorter time frame.
Product Description:
The HAST PCT Chamber utilizes unsaturated high-pressure environments to accelerate the aging process of materials and components. It operates under various international testing standards (CNS, ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN, BS, IEC, NACE, UL, MIL, etc.), ensuring compatibility with global quality and reliability assessment requirements.

Control System:
Micro-Computer Control:
Saturated steam control with an LED digital display for both temperature and time.
A pressure gauge for accurate pressure monitoring.
High-Pressure Testing Standards:
Compliant with international standards such as CNS, ISO, JIS, ASTM, and more.
Automatic Calculation:
Automatically calculates and regulates saturated steam temperature using a PID controller with high precision.
Temperature Accuracy:
Control accuracy of ±0.5ºC with a resolution of 0.1ºC.
Pressure Control:
High accuracy of ±0.2Kg/cm².
Temperature Range:
From room temperature (RT) +10ºC to 135ºC, with free-setting options (saturated steam temperature).
Humidity Range:
100% RH as a default for saturated steam humidity.
Pressure Range:
From 0.5Kg/cm² to 3.0Kg/cm², with a maximum pressure capacity of 3Kg/cm² (1 atmospheric pressure + 2Kg/cm² of operational pressure).
Time Range:
Adjustable between 0 to 999 hours, minutes, or seconds.
Temperature Uniformity:
Uniformity maintained within ±2.0ºC (at 100ºC).
Temperature Rising Time:
From RT +10ºC to 120ºC in approximately 45 minutes.
Pressure Build-Up Time:
From ambient pressure to 1.00 kg/cm² in about 45 minutes.
